How to make a return or exchange request?

We are sorry that your purchase does not fully satisfy you. Here is how to proceed to make a return or request an exchange:

Option 1: Request a return with a refund

If your order was placed within the last 120 days, you can generate a Colissimo return label from your customer area.

Option 2: Make an exchange request

Due to our pre-order system, we have a very limited product stock.

That is why, for any exchange request, we prefer that you contact us here so that we can confirm that the exchange will be possible.

In your request, please remember to indicate to us:

  • The product and its size that you wish to return to us,
  • The product and size you would like to receive in exchange (depending on available stock)
