Before closing the doors of our BF studio for a few days, we simply wanted to say thank you.
Thank you for your loyalty, your smiles, your messages and your enthusiasm. Season after season, you accompany each of our creations and give this wonderful artistic adventure its full meaning.
Summer opens a precious interlude for you and for us. Time slows down, gazes linger, and days fill with light and gentleness. Whether your steps lead you to the sea, the mountains, the countryside or simply to a few peaceful moments close to home, we wish you a wonderful season.
The most beautiful ideas are often born far from the hustle and bustle. A landscape crossed at daybreak, the murmur of the wind in the trees, a colourful façade, an artisans’ market, an unexpected encounter or the simple joy of taking your time… All these moments enrich our awareness without us even realising it.

That is also what the ARTIST team will experience. From the evening of 31 July to the morning of 20 August, we are taking a break to breathe in new horizons, fill our sketchbooks with drawings and notes, and gather harmonies, colours and emotions. So many little sparks that may tomorrow become a print, a silhouette or a new Art-à-Porter collection.

We will be back very soon, our hearts brimming with ideas, eager to see you again and reveal new creations, always imagined with passion and designed for women—like you—who love to bring art and elegance together.
In the meantime, we wish you a summer that reflects who you are: light, bright and joyful, punctuated by discoveries, laughter, rest and precious moments with those you love. May each day offer you a memory to take with you, a feeling to hold on to or a beauty to admire.

If your holiday takes you along the roads of France, here are a few stops we would gladly add to your travel journal. Places where art engages in dialogue with nature, where craftsmanship preserves memories, and where inspiration often reveals itself around a bend in the road.

In the east, step through the doors of Musée Unterlinden, then let yourself be surprised by the glassworks of Meisenthal, where glass has been shaped with the same passion for generations.
In Paris, give yourself a break at the Musée Marmottan Monet or the Musée de l’Orangerie. There, light becomes painting, and the artworks invite you to feel.

In central France, the gardens of Chaumont-sur-Loire celebrate landscape design and imagination every year, while the workshops of potters and ceramicists remind us how skillfully an artisan’s hands can transform matter into poetry.
In the west, the Estuaire art trail between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire brings contemporary art into dialogue with the river. Farther north, Mont-Saint-Michel offers a spectacle in which heritage, sky, and light compose an ever-changing tableau.
In southwestern France, let yourself be charmed by the lanes of Collioure, where so many painters found their palettes, or by Bordeaux’s Bassins des Lumières, where masterpieces come to life in an immersive experience.
In southeastern France, the villages of the Luberon, the ceramic workshops of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, and the vistas that inspired Cézanne remind us that creativity often emerges from the encounter between nature and the gaze.
And because excitement isn’t limited to museums…
Among our summer favorites, François would be delighted to invite you to enjoy an open-air concert, at a festival or on a village square. Music has the wonderful power to bring revelations together and make a place vibrate just as much as those listening to it.

Brigitte, for her part, would encourage you to experience a live performance: theater under the stars, dance, contemporary circus, or street arts. These fleeting moments remind us that creativity is at its most powerful when it is shared.

And wherever you are, step inside a gallery, an artisan’s workshop, a makers’ market, an exceptional garden, or an unexpected exhibition opening. The most beautiful discoveries don’t always appear in guidebooks.
At ARTIST, we love seeing every new place as an open-air gallery. A color glimpsed on a façade, the texture of a stone, the shadow of a tree, a bouquet of wildflowers, or a work of art that stops us in our tracks in a shop window’s reflection. Anything can become a source of inspiration when we take the time to observe.
Let yourself be surprised by a good meal, too. It gives the body energy, the heart joy, and the soul momentum.
