 Ensuring size exchanges requires a very slight manufacturing surcharge. In its quest for "zero stock," ARTIST therefore puts this reserve up for sale once a year.

Pre-orders determine the volume of productions to launch, allow to define as precisely as possible the realistic quantity to manufacture and to avoid overproduction.

These exact quantities are always increased by a few pieces to cover the needs for size exchanges or returns.

Hence an inevitable residual mini-stock to honor each collection in session, and the establishment of this particular sale whose primary purpose is to combat excessive stocks.

 Usually, each new collection is the subject of a session dedicated to the presented theme.

After 10 days of online opening, preorders determine the volume of productions to be launched.

These exact quantities are always increased by a slight surplus to cover the needs for size exchanges.

12 weeks later – because it takes all that time to manufacture – your new outfit arrives in its pretty box.

By agreeing to wait, each co-producing customer helps to better adjust the quantity produced and avoid overproduction.

- produce responsibly within a radius of less than 1,500 km (as a reminder, 100% of fabrics & accessories are French or Italian).

By definition, the benefits of pre-ordering trigger the right quantities, limit overproduction, and reduce waste. Many sizes and references will inevitably be missing.

 

·      What if it doesn't go well?

No worries, you have 15 days upon receipt for any exchange or to return your order. Subject to available stock, in case of impossibility, a refund is guaranteed.
