The blue words

Les mots bleus

The session runs until Sunday the 1st.st February 2026. Your pre-orders today will trigger reasoned productions to be delivered in early May.

As always, each model is made without overproduction, to make room for the essential and the meaningful.

The result of a second collaboration with Catherine Danou, the collection "the blue words" announces the spring-summer season in all shades of blue and greige.

New canvas, new page of an emblematic writing composed of ancestral cuneiform signs that captivate the artist. Over the years, her plastic research and refined gestures speak a deliberately stripped-down language. The more demanding work dialogues with the simplicity of beauty, reflecting her personal path oriented towards the absolute.

Catherine Danou's painting, a true language in itself, a silent writing of the self, links the remnants of an ancestral alphabet to a completely contemporary script.

ARTIST presents a soothing, enveloping, and luminous aesthetic drawn from its work to beautifully welcome the return of the beautiful days.

The Studio BF has intentionally dived back into this pictorial universe to stylize the natural. In this new chapter, each piece is imagined as a breath, a sweet word to wear. Inspired by the autograph on Nepalese paper by Catherine Danou, the the mid-season summer wardrobe tells a random succession of delicately bluish or ecru lines and spots.

We love the little touch of whimsy on the essential printed tops in V-neck or round neck versions.

4 different tops, here embroidered in front on stretch crinkled fabric, there printed in gradient or even offered in imperceptibly linked jacquard.

In this collection, the faux solid linen style in a chambray spirit stands out and harmonizes the atmosphere and theme on two pieces that stand out. First, a comfortable pair of pants. in cotton elastane to wear with or without cuffs. Then, we hesitate with the dress that details the pleat play in front and in the back, superb! Closed with buttons, we find it hard to resist. We give in to temptation because it ups the ante by playing the long open shirt over the matching pants. In the end, we treat ourselves to the whole outfit: two pieces that multiply the combinations.

The printed version of the second dress makes you think! Straight, sleeveless, with patch pockets, it slips on easily. A quick comb, a bit of pink on the lips, the right pair of shoes and you're all set for a silhouette full of character.

Two cardigans warm just right, when needed! One in soft solid knit with patch pockets and contrasting piping. The other can be worn like a fine printed sweater with buttons, or normally like a long modern and practical vest.

"The blue words" accompany the body gently, without constraining it. Materials, shapes, colors, and patterns sum up to evident well-being. Silhouettes designed by Brigitte and François to defend slowness, to grant moments of rest, to appreciate the family home, nothing more or so little.

To settle down after these too hot summer days, prematurely overwhelming. Watching the rain bring welcome relief. Letting oneself be intoxicated by its scent, allowing it to renew the atmosphere.

Room for the emptiness dressed in "blue words". Allowing oneself this serene, almost magical introspection, connecting with oneself through the delicacy of a motif or the comfort of this soft blue, this creamy white. These shades, what a good idea! Loving this outfit that weaves daily life stitch by stitch with the languor that repairs.

As the rain revitalizes, as the sun energizes, as calm balances, ARTIST invites you to the serenity found through the grace of this canvas, the talent of Catherine Danou, Art-à-Porter all in "blue words", a harbinger of the beautiful season.
