At ARTIST, fashion is a meeting point between art, clothing, and time. Far from fleeting trends, Brigitte and François create designs that span seasons, styles, and generations.

When one of their garments features a bold print inspired by a work of art, you may sometimes think it will be difficult to style or that you will only be able to reserve it for certain occasions.
Yet it is often the opposite. An expressive design can become highly versatile in your wardrobe, provided you give it enough space to express itself
An ARTIST jacket, shirt, or cardigan can accompany a casual day, a professional meeting, or an evening out.
It all depends on what surrounds it, how you choose to coordinate this with that and, above all, the effect you want to create.
One piece, several possibilities.
To diversify your outfits, ARTIST lets you experiment with rarely seen combinations and expertly balanced silhouettes that truly complement your appearance.
In this feature, the Art-à-Porter brand guides you in reinterpreting the same piece and imagining new combinations.
Here are three ways to style the same item, without ever giving the impression that you have put together the same outfit three times.
1. A casual look for every day:
For everyday life, the simplest approach is to pair the printed piece with clothes you know well and feel immediately comfortable in.
Your favorite jeans, enhanced with the latest ARTIST motif on a viscose top: all you have to do is put on your sneakers!

To choose the color of a T-shirt to match, you can pick up one of the most understated tones in the printed and embroidered skirt: rosy white, soft blue, or muted green.
This subtle coordination creates harmony without overdoing it.
The ARTIST design can be worn open or closed, for a softer or more structured look. It’s a simple way to add an artistic touch without waiting for a special occasion.
2. An elegant silhouette for work or going out:
To give the same piece a dressier character, simply replace the 5-pocket Chino with a well-cut plain pair of trousers, straight or slightly loose.

With loafers, ankle boots or low-heeled shoes, the silhouette immediately becomes more structured. A few understated pieces of jewelry and a well-chosen bag complete the outfit without competing with the print.
An ARTIST shirt can also be transformed into a lightweight jacket, worn open over a plain top. A cardigan can be belted to emphasize the waist. As for a printed jacket, it adds personality to your outfit.
This outfit is equally suitable for a business meeting, lunch, an exhibition or an outing with friends.
3. A bolder and more artistic composition:
The third possibility is to fully embrace the creative character of the piece. You can then dare to combine more assertive colors, introduce stripes, play with volumes or even bring several patterns together.

Without overdoing it, there is nothing wrong with a colorful style when it remains balanced and harmonious. A bold yet always well-controlled look conveys the image of a dynamic, cheerful woman who feels good in her own skin.
The essential thing is not to feel as though you are in costume. A successful outfit is not one that follows all the rules: it is one that reflects who you are and in which you feel natural.
One piece, but several stories.
Wearing the same garment several times therefore prevents neither creativity nor renewal. On the contrary, a beautiful design gradually reveals all its possibilities.
Keep in mind that ARTIST's richness also lies in the possible connections within a single collection, as well as between new arrivals and previous seasons.

ARTIST believes in fashion that is emotional, artistic and timeless.
Express your own nature, mood and individual style with complete freedom.
Confidence is the best accessory. Wear it without moderation.
Because perhaps that is the true pleasure: not merely wearing a garment, but making it your own and telling a different story with it each time.
