The Site allows ARTIST la marque to offer for sale clothing products (the "Products") to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
Our site operates on a pre-order system. By placing a pre-order, the client acknowledges that if the pre-order target for the product is not reached by the end of the pre-order deadline, they will be refunded the full amount of their purchase, and the production of the pre-ordered item will not be initiated.
Production being limited, the client may change size upon receiving the garment within 14 days, subject to the availability of stock for this purpose. If ARTIST is unable to deliver the new size, they may be refunded for an order placed as a pre-order. When the client requests it, the refund procedure will be initiated immediately after receiving the returned item. Any pre-order of Products listed on the Site implies prior consultation of the General Terms of Sale (the "GTC") and their acceptance without reservation and irrevocably.
