A UNIQUE STITCH
Knitwear is a technical material whose qualities are obtained thanks to a subtle blend of threads: cotton for touch and well-being, polyester for nervousness, solidity, warmth, elastane for comfort. This exclusive material is made in partnership with one of the most creative Italian knitting companies in its field.
THE JACKET
The “De Glace et de Couleurs” jacket is cut in an exclusive, very tight, fairly thick, comfortable knit, which resembles a warp and weft fabric. He's nervous and hot. It offers a silhouette of rare elegance in this “sport chic” style. It should be noted that it is the same fabric as the pants and that the idea is also to be able to coordinate perfectly if you wish.
VINTAGE AND MODERN
The idea was to create a gentle mix of modernity with a vintage sport chic inspiration. A Chamonix spirit of the 60s but of today. This is a jacquard knitted pattern. The sky, navy and red yarn colors are directly taken from the colors of the drawings by the artist Claire De Chavagnac.
THE CUP
The cut is quite straight, especially at the waist and pelvis. The armhole is lowered a little to give it a little more fullness and ease.
ENSEMBLE
It is entirely possible to wear only the jacket but the initial idea was to revisit the tracksuit spirit and be able to wear it together with the pants in a very graphic ensemble.
BANDS
The refinement and subtlety come from the fact that the band on the sleeve is not attached like a braid but knitted into the fabric without seams. It may not seem obvious, but this development required enormous pattern work linked to knitting.
CABBAGE TWO
The print on the hood goes perfectly with the jacquard pattern since the colors of the latter are directly taken from the patterns of the print.
HOOD
The hood further asserts the sporty chic style with the print on the outside and the plain on the inside.
ZIP
The metal zip in gunmetal color is worked with a pretty ribbon and a red binding thread to recall the color of the jacquard pattern.
CORDON
A pretty cord finished with a tip allows the hood to be tightened but above all asserts the sporty style of the jacket.
ORGANIZED GANGS
We played with the graphics of the stripes of the jacket and even all over with the pants.
SIDE POCKETS
Two side pockets are positioned on each side with the same color stripe as on the sleeve.
